We areseeking a dedicated Technical Support (CSR - Local Account) to join our team in Iloilo, Western Visayas. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support and customer service to our local clients. This role is a crucial part of our customer-focused operations, ensuring our clients receive the assistance they need to succeed.

What you'll be doing

• Responding to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance
• Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records of all support activities
• Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and suggesting process enhancements
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our technical support processes and procedures
• Maintaining a positive, professional, and empathetic attitude when interacting with customers
