Technical Support Management Specialist

Position Overview:

• MacMore is seeking a Technical Support Management (TSM) Specialist to support the United States Coast Guard (USCG) for a pending contract award.

Location:

• Mobile, AL (on-site) Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain the Technical Support Management (TSM) system and Electronic Trial Card (ETC) tool to support deficiency tracking and resolution across the Offshore Patrol Cutter (OPC) program.


• Track, manage, and update deficiency records throughout the full lifecycle—from creation through closure—ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely status updates.
• Develop and maintain ship-specific databases and ensure proper configuration and data integrity within the TSM and ETC systems.
• Support pre-trial, trial, and post-trial activities by assisting in the creation, screening, and management of trial cards and deficiency records.
