Main Tasks:

• Manage and follow up on incidents, changes, and problems, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with defined SLAs.
• Perform troubleshooting activities in Linux (RedHat) environments, including file management and system-level diagnostics.
• Monitor and support file transfer and messaging systems using Axway CFT and MQ Series, identifying root causes and resolving operational issues.
• Support automation activities and deployments with basic knowledge of Ansible.
• Monitor production environments using tools such as Autosys and Dynatrace, ensuring stability and performance.
• Interact with infrastructure teams to analyze and resolve technical issues across systems and environments.
