Technical Support Specialist

We are looking to hire 2 Technical Support Specialists

You will be responsible for monitoring and managing security systems installed and supported by our company. This role plays a critical part in supporting and upholding the integrity of each client's security protocols through real-time alert review, threat assessment, de-escalation efforts, and accurate documentation.

You will respond to automated alerts generated through a security platform, reviewing associated video clips, event data, and live feeds (as needed) to identify potential security breaches, protocol violations, or suspicious activity. Using TMA-AVS-01 Alarm Validation Standards, the TSR evaluates alert severity, determines the appropriate response level, and issues verbal talk-down commands through enabled speaker systems to deter and deescalate unauthorized activity.
