The Technical Systems Engineer III (IT073) provides advanced technical support for complex, non-recurring IT issues and business-driven projects, coordinating with teams and vendors to design and implement solutions. The role includes technical consultation for systems such as access control, security and telephony, as well as managing the IT asset lifecycle (discovery, inventory, monitoring for failures) and offering onsite assistance when needed.
