Technical Leadership & Management: Responsible for core Java microservices development, managing a team of 5-10 people, conducting Code Reviews, and ensuring system stability under high concurrency. AI-Driven Development: Establish and promote internal team standards for using GitHub Copilot/Cursor and similar tools, leveraging AI-assisted coding to significantly improve delivery speed and code quality.
