JOB FUNCTIONS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Technical Training Engineer is responsible for developing, delivering, and continuously improving technical training programs that support Engineering & Construction (E&C) personnel across disciplines. This role blends engineering fundamentals with instructional design, program administration, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure employees are equipped with the technical knowledge, tools, and competencies required to execute their work safely and effectively.
Design and deliver engaging, high impact presentations and training sessions that inspire learning, drive adoption of standards and tools, and support lasting behavioral change for engineers, inspectors, and project personnel across E&C disciplines.
Demonstrate strong facilitation and communication skills to influence audiences with varying levels of technical expertise, from field personnel to senior leadership.
