Role Overview

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Training who will be responsible for delivering end- to-end product training on Newgen’s ECM, BPM, and CCM product suites. The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Presales, Partners, GSIs, and Customers, covering both

functional (sales) and technical aspects of the products.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct multiple Sales and Technical training sessions for Partners, GSIs, and Customers (typically 2–3 sessionsper day).
