 We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Writer to work for our client in  Brussels , Belgium .  
 Description of tasks:
 Gain a deep understanding of applications and services, and translate complex information into simple, polished, engaging content.
  Produce high-quality documentation for Service Management and Information Systems.
 Write easy-to-understand texts, user manuals, and provide online help for web documentation.
 Collaborate with internal teams (such as Product Managers, Software Developers, and Service Delivery Managers) and participate in releases and sprint reviews.
 Participate in the Quality Management Process.
 Knowledge and skills:
 A bachelors degree in Technical Writing, English, Information Technology, or a related field (A Master's degree is preferred).
