Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer and B2B Content Strategist to develop, manage, and scale high-quality technical and marketing documentation for complex enterprise platforms. This role bridges engineering, product, and marketing , turning complex technical systems into clear, authoritative, and search-optimized content for customers, developers, sales teams, and partners.

You will own the creation of technical manuals, API documentation, tutorials, product guides, and SEO-optimized content that explains sophisticated platforms such as CPaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, APIs, data pipelines, and telecom infrastructure.
