Brief:
Responsible for
the maintenance, overhauling and repair of all allotted Konica
Minolta MFPs/Copiers at Refurbishment Center, and perform outdoor
servicing as and when
directed.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure
the proper service, overhaul, repair and maintenance of all
allotted Konica Minolta MFPs/Copiers. - Ensure
all service jobs are properly recorded in the Service Report with
the relevant information as requested and such reports must be
submitted to the Superior on the same day of servicing job
performed or latest by the next morning. - Ensure
all parts required are properly recorded in the Spare Parts
Requisition Form and to acknowledge receipt of parts taken at all
times. All unused parts and parts replaced must be returned to the
Spare Parts Department on the same day or latest the next working
