What You Will Do

• Lead the establishment and implementation of the 5S program across the production line, focusing on machines, equipment, tools, and pushcarts to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory of all production tools.
• Perform expert troubleshooting and repair of probers and testers to minimize downtime.
• Proactively work to provide high-quality uptime for machines that are out of service, quickly returning them to production.
