The Resource Tehcnician will collect mining information using various equipment and software as well as be responsible for drilling and logging.
Job Responsibilities
Promote a safe workplace environment following all CEMEX and MSHA Safety standards. Collect survey information using GPS survey equipment and drones. Conduct periodic inventory surveys of active quarries using drones and manage resulting data. Responsible for managing and maintaining survey and drone equipment. Oversee drilling & logging of boreholes at active quarries and Greenfield sites. Manage, interpret, and communicate drill results. Convert field collected survey data into AutoCAD and/or ArcGIS maps.
