Role Summary
You’ll support the Technicians to ensure quality items are produced in line with company standards, on time and in full. You will report to the Production Manager.
Shift Details
Continental 12‑hour shifts (36/48/36). Working hours depend on department.
Key Job Accountabilities
- Carrying out tool changes and settings for plastic moulding machinery
- Fault finding on machinery, identifying mechanical faults, setup issues, ancillary equipment settings and production quality issues
- Report to your Supervisor when any machines are stopped for any reason other than tool changes. Report all unsolved machine faults or those affecting production and agree a suitable course of action
