TechOps Engineer – Job Responsibilities

• Act as Level 2 (L2) escalation point for production incidents and ensure resolution within agreed SLAs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues across web applications, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise systems.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring system defects and propose preventive solutions.
• Configure and troubleshoot cloud resources in Amazon Web Services (AWS) including EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, and networking components.
• Investigate application logs, alerts, and performance metrics to identify failures and bottlenecks.
• Monitor system health using tools such as Site24x7 and Datadog, including alert configuration and threshold tuning.
• Support IT Service Management (ITSM) initiatives and process improvements using Jira Service Management.
• Work closely with business users, partners, and internal IT teams to resolve operational and integration issues.
