Job Summary:
The TechOps Support serves as a full-stack developer responsible for maintaining and supporting production systems to ensure stability, performance, and timely issue resolution. This role works across both backend and frontend components to troubleshoot concerns, implement fixes, and support secure application operations. The position collaborates closely with development and operations teams to keep systems running efficiently and reliably.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of professional experience in production web systems.
- Strong PHP/Laravel (5.x) experience, able to navigate and update large, modular codebases.
- Strong Node.js experience (Express/Hapi, workers, CLI tools, queue processors).
- Working knowledge of React.js and/or AngularJS 1.x for debugging and small fixes.
