As a Tele Caller, your responsibilities will include making calls to potential customers to promote products or services, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining call records, and following up on leads. Skills required for this role include proficiency in Microsoft Excel for maintaining call records and generating reports. You should have strong motivating skills to keep yourself and your team members driven towards achieving sales targets. Experience in international and domestic BPO environments is a plus.
