Key Requirements:

- 7–10 years of proven experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales

- Strong experience in managing and leading tele sales teams

- Expertise in sales strategy, target achievement, and performance management

- Ability to drive revenue growth through outbound and inbound sales channels

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

- Experience in CRM tools and sales reporting is preferred
