Job Description
- Install, configure, and maintain ship-to-shore telecom systems
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues
- Implement and manage SSL/TLS certificates and secure communication channels
- Ensure system availability, security, and compliance with industry standards
- Coordinate with onshore and vessel teams for technical support and upgrades
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Telecom Technician
Proven experience working with ship-to-shore communication systems
Strong experience with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer / TLS) for secure network communications
Solid understanding of IP networking, routing, and switching
