About the Job Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Telecom Underground Foreman to lead underground construction crews supporting telecommunications infrastructure projects. This role is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans, permits, and client requirements. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and capable of managing crews, schedules, and production in a fast-paced telecom construction environment. Key Responsibilities: Supervise underground construction crews performing trenching, potholing, boring, conduit placement, vaults, handholes, and restoration.
