Responsibilities
- Lead Generation : Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
- Qualification : Assess and qualify leads based on predetermined criteria.
- Appointment Setting : Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring proper communication of details.
- Database Management : Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, assist the clients
- Follow-Up : Perform follow-up calls to nurture leads
- Feedback Loop : Provide feedback to management on lead quality and call scripts to continuously improve processes.
Qualifications
- Experience : Previous experience in a call center, telemarketing, or sales role preferred.
- Communication Skills : English/ Filipino verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive phone presence.
