Responsibilities
- Handle all calls with courtesy and professionalism
- Contact all the assigned clients by both telephone and email
- Increase Sales with regular follow up calls and schedule clients
- Build rapport, listen, clarify and manage conversational flow
- Provide satisfactory solution to customers/clients issues
- Meet and/or exceed quotas
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
Qualifications
- At least a year of work experience in the call center industry
- At least 1+ years of experience in a similar role/Outbound/Telemarketing/Online Trading
- Fluently speaking in English
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Advanced organizational skills
- Working knowledge of CRM systems
