At Sharp & Carter, our Business Support team is partnering with a well-established organisation within the renewable energy sector to secure an administrator for an immediate start.
This is an urgent temporary requirement (approximately 1 month initially, with strong potential to extend or convert to permanent)
You’ll join a busy administration function supporting rebate lodgements and installation coordination. When a customer proceeds with a quote, you’ll coordinate the entire installation process from start to finish - ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
From booking installations for the sales team, organising subcontractors, arranging product deliveries and managing compliance documentation, through to customer communication and certificate submissions - you’ll own the job end-to-end.
It’s a fast-paced, phone-based coordination role. Think more along the lines of claims or case management...
