Job Details Med Surg/Telemetry RN Job Summary Registered Nurse needed for a 13-week travel assignment in the Med Surg - T3 unit at Glens Falls Hospital in Glens Falls, NY. The ideal candidate must have EPIC experience, strong proficiency in cardiac/telemetry, and 3 years of experience. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a Med Surg/Telemetry unit. Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms accurately and document findings twice per shift. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans. Document patient care accurately and completely. Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in Med Surg/Telemetry. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York. ACLS and BLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
