Job Description
Become a Membership Advisor at BCAA's Burnaby Head Office on a temporary full-time basis from March through late August or September. Deliver outstanding service while engaging members and selling BCAA products.
As a Member Service Representative, you will be at the forefront of enhancing member experiences. This role requires a passion for exceptional service, sales acumen, and the ability to manage shifting priorities effectively. You will assist with renewals, consultations, and cross-selling opportunities within the member contact center.
Key Responsibilities:
