Responsibilities

Provide customer service, reception, clerical and administrative support to various departments. Assist staff with intake of applications; maintain records in accordance with applicable programs, and local, state, and federal regulations. Manage the switchboard, answer incoming calls, and direct them to the appropriate staff. Receive, sort, and distribute dropped off correspondence to the appropriate mailboxes. Track general information regarding initial applications, offers, cancellations, move-ins, transfers, new leases, and housed applicants ensuring data is tracked accurately. Organize filing system and clerical procedures for housing applicants; maintain accurate and essential files while confirming the security of such records.
