- Manage, coach and train personnel
- Coach, train and mentor your supervisors
- Manage Operating budget, P&L; responsibility and Performance KPIs
- Daily Dock performance, monitoring and adjustments
- Increase Scanning Compliance, both Inbound & Outbound
- Ensure employees follow health & safety guidelines
- Cross train staff to ensure adequate dock coverage daily
- Manage last mile performance with Independent Contractors
- Respond to all Customer Experience Team requests
