Terminal Operations Coordinator

We’re looking for a hands-on, safety-focused leader to join our Forrestfield team as a Terminal Operations Coordinator. In this role, you’ll coordinate the movement of reach stackers, trucks, and front-end loaders, while keeping operations running safely and efficiently.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading daily terminal operations and resource allocation
• Supporting and coaching team members to achieve performance goals
• Ensuring safe handling of Dangerous Goods and compliance with WHS standards
• Overseeing maintenance schedules for terminal plant and equipment
• Building strong relationships with internal teams, contractors, and customers

About you

You’ll bring experience from logistics, transport, or heavy industry operations, along with strong organisational and people skills. You know how to stay calm under pressure, make smart decisions, and keep things moving smoothly.
