Job Description

Territory Manager 
PURPOSE
To create demand, promote and execute sales demand in designated areas as a contribution to achieving sales objectives and to support marketing programs and achieve the company's business goals. 
MAJOR TASKS
Implement marketing and sales programs at the Channel Partner level (Retailer 1 & 2) and at the Farmer level.

Directly interact through visits with customers/channel partners, farmers/key farmers, and also Field Agricultural Extension Officers (PPL).

Teaching farmers to think economically in managing their land by learning ROI calculations, record-keeping, and monitoring from the planting season to the harvest season.

Manage the budget smartly so that it aligns with the plan and maximizes sales.

Regularly updating the market and activities.

Monitoring stock of Distributor, Retailer 1 in the work area.
