Job Description

This role is critical in driving new business development while also managing a portfolio of existing accounts. The Territory Sales Representative builds long-term relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and food packaging clients across the GTA and surrounding areas. Success in this role ensures company growth in packaging solutions, distribution, and value-added services.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on new business development while managing existing accounts.

  • Prospect and build your own pipeline (100% cold calling, door knocking, field prospecting).

  • Spend 50–60% of time with clients , with 3–4 office days per week for quoting, samples, and collaboration.
