TESD Specialist I

SALARY: (SG-13) (PhP 36,125.00) PERA: Php 2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

• 20% - Serves as Assessment processing officer in the Training Center
• 10% - Collects/Maintains list of trainees, select, evaluates and process registration record of the trainees including preparation of schedule of classes
• 10% - Enforces rules and regulations and maintains discipline in the library, and keeps a permanent record of trainees
• 10% - Monitors the trainees' performance in terms of knowledge, skills and attitude including report in EGACE
• 10% - Conduct Training Induction program/Job induction program
• 10% - Monitors the trainees' performance in terms of knowledge, skills and attitude including report in Learning Achievement Monitoring Report
• 20% - Serves as Processing Officer for Assessment and Certification
