Role Overview

The Test Automation Engineer designs, builds, tests, and deploys effective test automation solutions using appropriate technologies and frameworks, supporting short‑term and long‑term testing goals.

Key Responsibilities Participate in a test automation tool selection process for an automated component testing harness. Participate in project‑wide reviews of requirements, system architecture, and detailed design documents. Develop and execute automated tests using the selected tool, with programming in Appium (C#, Java, Java Script, C#, or scripting language). Perform static analysis of source code using complexity metrics. Effectively communicate testing activities and findings in oral and written formats. Integrate the test suites into the test management tool. Participate effectively in estimation, planning, cost‑of‑quality, and quality risk analysis.
