Title: Test Data Management Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Test Data Management Consultant to support large-scale transformation programs across the Life Insurance, Group Benefits, and Wealth business lines. The consultant will design, implement, and optimize TDM strategies to ensure high-quality, compliant, and production-like data is available across all testing cycles, including functional, integration, regression, and UAT environments. This role requires strong expertise in TDM processes, data masking, synthetic data generation, environment coordination, and automation, with a deep understanding of Life Insurance domain systems and regulatory expectations in Canada.
