Job Description
Responsibilities
- Monitor overall ICT, FCT, debug and rework area, confirm that testers are in good condition.
- Monitor testers performance, analyze and solve any problem that occurs.
- Analyze high reject issue, study the root cause and provide feedback.
- Check, verify and analyze Daily Test Yield reports.
- Develop improvement plan for overall ICT, FCT & debug inventory.
- Deal with suppliers for equipment calibrations, services and spare part orders.
- Responsible for any new product testing and buy‑off activities.
- Preparing and updating formats & WI.
Qualifications
- Degree / Diploma in Electronic Engineering.
- Experience in testing and debug related work.
