Job Description
**I. Purpose of Position**
**Production Support and System Optimization**
+ Conduct systematic optimization of electrical equipment control programs and production processes based on field feedback data and in-depth analysis results to enhance product performance, improve production efficiency, reduce equipment failure rates, and lower maintenance costs.
+ Lead the commissioning of electrical equipment as well as the fault diagnosis and analysis of testing instruments to ensure that production quality and On-Time Delivery (OTD) meet standards.
**Test System Maintenance and Development**
+ Be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of test systems and related equipment to effectively prevent production line downtime risks and ensure continuous and stable production operation.
