Job Description
Test Leadership & Delivery
- Lead system, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing across Agile and hybrid environments
- Define and execute risk-based testing strategies
- Manage day-to-day test planning, scheduling, and execution
- Produce key artefacts (test plans, cases, reports, traceability matrices)
- Provide test status reporting, quality insights, and release recommendations
- Mentor and support testers within the team
UAT Coordination
- Plan and oversee end-to-end UAT activities
