Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop ATE solutions for new product development including engineering validation and mass production. Managing ATE improvements projects including KGD, final testing and Burn-in system with manufacturing teams to ensure that test equipment qualification and validation meet the standards and work effectively. Troubleshoot and debug ATE systems with different site team on test results analysis. provide technical support to resolve issues and help on preventive action deployment. Validate and optimize ATE systems to ensure the highest level of accuracy and reliability. Develop and implement ATE hardware and software, including test fixtures and programs.
