We are currently seeking qualified Therapy Assistants to facilitate therapy and lifestyle programs for our residents at Bethanie Fields Aged Care Home located in Eaton.
We are looking for someone with a passion for working with people of all abilities and backgrounds. Our Therapy Assistants have an enthusiastic and creative approach to their work and are able to support and cultivate our residents’ strengths and interests.
An important component of this role is the ability to work autonomously and facilitate individual and group therapy sessions independently. You will be able to work under the guidance of a Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist, while also being confident in using your initiative and creative thinking to ensure sessions run smoothly.
