Thermal Spray Operator (Entry Level)

General shop experience considered an asset. Thermal Spray training will be provided.

Thermal Spray Technician/HVOF to perform the full range of thermal spray operations while insuring quality of work performed meets customer expectations.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Understand tooling and materials required for thermal spray application.

- Perform the setup of equipment, tooling and materials for each project.

- Understand and set parameters to operate the thermal spray equipment

- Understand and operate ABB Robot application system

- Apply thermal spray coating to the full range of new and refurbished parts.

· Demonstrate problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- Maintain acceptable housekeeping standards throughout department and work facility.

· Capable of troubleshooting problems with equipment / challenging setups.
