Pay Rate: $30 - $43 per hour (+ shift differential: 15%-30% depending on shift)
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire

Schedule:
* 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
* Weekend 1st Shift: Friday-Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
* Weekend 2nd Shift: Friday-Sunday, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Specialist supports hands-on manufacturing operations by driving continuous improvement, troubleshooting production issues, and assisting in the development and refinement of manufacturing processes and equipment. This role operates in a fast-paced, high-change environment and collaborates closely with engineers and technicians to improve quality, reduce defects, and increase production efficiency. The specialist also contributes to prototype builds, equipment commissioning, and documentation of manufacturing systems.
