Responsibilities
Support the execution and communication of talent management, performance management and learning & development initiativesSupport learning and development programs by tracking employee participation, monitoring program effectiveness and coordinating logisticsMaintain accurate and up-to-date talent data in SAP and ensure data integrityPrepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for talent management initiativesContribute to Culture & Engagement initiatives, including inclusion, recognition and collaboration with volunteer employee groups, supporting employee engagementPartner with HR Business Partners to ensure the smooth execution of talent management processesPartner with the Global Capability Center on talent analytics to deliver high-quality data, analysis and talent and capability insights
