Job Description
As a Transformation Manager you will be working with the development functions across the verticals like scooter development, charging infrastructure, accessories & merchandise (mechanical, electrical, hardware, firmware, software) to Set-up / Strengthen the processes and systems that affect the key Development KPIs (Cost, Timeline, Quality).
You will need to apply your product development understanding to identify the gaps / blockers to improve the development processes. You will also have to work with the development internal audit teams to get feedback on the performance of the processes and systems that has been set up.
Product Development Cycle Optimization: The development teams go through the product development cycle for all upcoming projects as per the org development roadmap.
