**Position Summary:**

In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of tooling and fixtures, with a focus on plastic welding technologies and manufacturing excellence. You will play a key role in new product development and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and innovative engineering solutions.
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Analyze existing tooling designs using CAD tools and implement improvements for efficiency and performance
+ Develop and test prototypes for new tooling and fixture designs
