Job Description

The Tooling Development Group is responsible for designing HSA tooling and fixtures, shipping combs, automated machines, and testers to meet new product launch schedules while promoting productivity, quality, and safety. We also collaborate closely with counterparts and other sites in Thailand, China, and the US to support HSA tooling changes or new designs as requested.
About the role - you will:
Develop and revise software to control automation machine & MAC tester.

Develop vision programs, AI, and deep learning solutions for HSA metrology.

Design and integrate devices such as linear actuators, cameras, and electronic parts for HSA automation machines.

Work with mechanical and electronics design engineers to set up HSA automation machines.

Plan and manage all software projects to meet commitments and customer requirements.
