The Tour Guide is responsible for delivering engaging, accurate, and memorable guided experiences for visitors. This role represents the destination and organization on the ground, ensuring guests feel welcomed, informed, and safe while experiencing the site’s cultural, historical, and experiential offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct guided tours according to approved routes, scripts, and schedules.
- Deliver accurate information about the site’s history, culture, stories, and significance.
- Adapt tour delivery to different audience types (families, VIPs, school groups, international visitors, etc.).
- Engage visitors through storytelling, interaction, and clear communication.
- Ensure guest safety and follow all operational, safety, and emergency procedures.
