Tpm Maintenance Engineer (Monterrey)

Overview

This position ensures innovation and optimization projects are established and that have a clear connection to the LEGO Competency Framework, Company’s Strategy and Department Initiatives, with a special focus on Business Intelligence reporting, data collection integrity and continuous improvement tools.

Location

Monterrey, Mexico – Cienega de Flores, NL. This is not a remote position.

Core Responsibilities

• Transform databases into BI dashboards, analysis reports, create action logs and track misalignments and deviations.
• Integrate digital tools to automate process flows.
• Encourage innovation and participation in projects to improve maintenance processes.
• Engage with maintenance peers and support the overall strategic ambition.
• Ensure TIP is followed and action logs are tracked weekly.
• Own the LCI Assessment tool.
