Job Description


  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and laws.

  • Manage permits, licenses, and compliance requirements with relevant Mexican authorities.

  • Ensure adherence to corporate foreign trade policies, regulations, and documentation standards.

  • Oversee country-of-origin marking, labeling, and required import certifications.

  • Administer IMMEX, PROSEC, Rule 8th, ECEX programs, and reconcile Annex 24 and Annex 31.

  • Identify opportunities to reduce tariff costs and improve trade program benefits.

  • Coordinate and audit customs brokers, freight forwarders, and courier partners.
