Job Purpose
Responsible for the logistics and import/export operations of Mary Kay Mexico, facilitating the financial transactions required to source goods from international and local suppliers to our Distribution Center, ensuring product availability for our Independent Beauty Consultants.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Manage import and export processes, which include activities such as:
- To timely provide the documents/information required for the import/export operations.
- Calculation, verification and approval of duties to be paid in each importation to government.
- Management of suppliers fees payments.
- Labeling process follow up.
- Follow up of incoming trucks, sea and air shipments, and timely providing the shipping documents/information to the different areas involved. Include necessary documents:
