Job Description
Assist in leading and managing a team of supervisor, operators, general workers to ensure smooth daily plant operation in shift.
Responsible for the workers safety and health, performance, skills and competencies level, attendances and disciplinary issues.
Assist in the review on the effectiveness of the existing SOP and enforce the SOP for each and every process of the plant operation.
Assist to enforce the feed safety and security procedures related to plant operation in compliances to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standard and US Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT).
Work with various departments to ensure production schedules are meet.
Assist in implementing continuous improvement projects to improve productivity and product quality, safety and working environment.
Assit in optimizing processes and minimizing waste to reduce production costs.
