About the Role

As a Trainee Precast Installer, you will work as part of a specialist site crew, assisting in the installation of precast concrete products such as flooring, stairs, walls, and structural components on construction sites across the Island of Ireland . This role offers hands‑on experience, training and real opportunities to progress within the company.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with the safe and efficient installation of precast units on site
• Follow instructions from experienced team leaders and site managers
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment (full training provided)
